Some tattoos pictured here were done as long ago as 1985. Some clients used sunblock, or never exposed their tattoo to the sun, making the piece stay bright and new for many years. I have written either the age of the piece, or the year I did it. As you can see, there is no truth to that rumour about my ink fading away. The black I use tends to fade to a greyish colour, and not the green or blue of my grandfather's time.
